• Registration is done on the website and all members that use our website accept our terms of use and private policy and their future modifications.
• The subscription can be cancelled at any time if members wish to do so sending an email to admin@gmail.com.
• Annual ESVO membership is from January 1^st to December 31^st of each year regardless the day of the payment, that should always be the total amount of the fee;
• The annual fee will be automatically charged unless the member decides to cancel the subscription by sending an email to admin@gmail.com. The cancelation can occur anytime during the duration of the membership but the fee will not be refunded.
